Cows grazing along a winding stream is a view of the heartland that would not have been uncommon 100 years ago. Today in many areas of the midwest this is a rare site, yet such a quiet and peaceful setting to happen upon. With the hanging clouds in the sky I wanted to give the impending feel of a spring rain shower.
