Stormy Sky Original Farm Field Landscape Painting

A stormy sky to the west of our farmstead inspired this painting idea for me recently. I love to watch the wide open midwestern horizon late in the day to the west of us. For this painting I worked on a 16 x 12 canvas building up layers of acrylic paint.
